She runs weekly relaxation and natal hypnotherapy sessions in Nailsworth and Cirencester throughout the year and from November 2013 will be launching regular pregnancy retreats in the picturesque village of Sheepscombe.  This effective birth preparation is available to women from 12 weeks of pregnancy.
