Natal hypnotherapist / Occupational therapist​

​I decided to become a natal hypnotherapist after using the techniques in my vastly different but equally amazing birth experiences.  Giving birth to my two children reinforced the effectiveness of natal hypnotherapy and inspired me to train to share these wonderful skills and techniques with other couples.

In 2007 I qualified as an occupational therapist and worked for five years in NHS hospital and community mental health settings. I continue to hold my Health Care Professional status.
